I have a RMS 1.3 and when I issue a Mercury giftcard lets say for $10.00 it will not show on the z report , but It does take it out of my GC inventory, also when they come back then next day and use the GC it will show on the z report then, how can I have it show on my z report when the card is issued ?

You should have a special department set up for gift cards & certificates. this will put it into the department sales section of the z report, but it is not going to break out as a special line item. The sale of a gift card is just a sale as far as the Z-report is concerned. You could run a detailed sales report, filtering for the gift cards lookup code, to see a list of the days transactions.
If you put gift items into a special department, you can map them to unique accounts in you accounting package - that is where the distinction between the liability of selling a gift card should be recognized.
