Last year we created 300 Gift Certificates. We have slowly been selling them. This week when we went to sell another one, at the end of the day the sale of this GC did not appear on the X or Z report and the quantity went negative. We still have 33 left to sell and I see them as Available in SOM. Any suggestions on how to correct this and to get the sale of a GC to reappear on the X and Z reports?
