Gift Certificates/Vouchers are posting to Sales when we sell them and again when they are redeemed- double counting the sale. What are we doing wrong?
You are not doing anything wrong, just a feature of RMS. There is a KB regarding that issue, what you will have to do is manually deduct the Gift Cards from your sales read out.
