i have mini mag MSR and symbol ls2208 that when i setup the reader to read cards the symbol no longer works
make sense?

How do the two devices connect to the computer and what did you change?
they are both hooked up via usb
they togerthe never worked
one or the other will but not both
when the MSR works the scanner will not > Solor,
I have the same hardware setup in several RMS sites (both 1.2 and 1.3) and haven't had any problems... Did you configure either of them inside of RMS? I simply plug them in and program them (ie on the scanner enable the and such, and on the MSR set for only track 2); but beyond that I don't do anything with RMS...
