After having db issues with a store, the store was rebuilt from HQ. The db passed in testing on internal systems, partner systems and MS systems - failed at store. The db only failed when a trx was tendered out (have checked tender types/zed out, etc.) giving errors relating to customers then followed immediately by a run time 5 shutting down RMS. This store has made some kind of a system change that has placed the non-native procedures into the customer db in their system causing it to fail (store will not share info about the cause of the issue).
Basically - here is what I think has happened: This store has made a system change with PCCharge (this is 1 of 5 stores that process via PCCharge as it is not our company recommended/supported processor).
End result/purpose of post:
1) Has anyone run across these procedures before?
2) I want to know how to blow away the following non-native procedures that are stored on the customer db:
