Need vendor for Purchase Order of RMS?

I am needing to locate a vendor that we can purchase RMS and/or PC Charge Software on a purchase order system. The vendor we been using for 4 years still on a prep paid option. They don't do on account. We are getting to big for check request for everytime we want to add licenses or a new location. We have spend over $50,000 in the past 6 months. We are looking to double in size within the next few years. These check request are really pushing my time line back on being able to get a new retail location open on time.

Who are you using for your RMS needs? Do they have terms like Net 30?

You need to be a certified Partner to order from a Distribution like TechData. I think Ed is looking of another Partner to order from, one that will be able to order the product as soon as he needs it and be able to be billed for the order. Some of the big RMS Partners like DRS and New West Tech should have the big enough pockets to do Net 30.

Again ScanSource is a Distribution co. and you need to be a Certified RMS Partner to order from them.

We offer financing from Microsoft Business Solutions to our clients. This helps our RMS clients to pay in installment basis. The financing is for software, hardware and services. Minimum of $10,000 to start with and than it can be in blocks of $5,000.
