Offline Inventory

If we accept a return at the register for a damaged item, the program prompts us fior a reason (broken) and the item is automaically transferred to offline. However if something is damaged in the store and we attempt to move it of offline inventory from the back office computer, the system is not recognizing reason codes and allowing us to make the entry. Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be activated to permit this?

Have you created a reason code for a manual change? Manager | Reason Codes | make a new one and select Inventory Manual Adjustment for its Type
