Has anyone here used OpSuite? Can you inform the community of what you think about the software? Our national group was sold the software at an extreme discount and hearing it doesn't even support Matrix items. Is this true? Any other concerns we should be aware about?
TI just saw a demo of the software yesterday and it does support Matrix items. Essentially it will do everything HQ will do plus more and they are very actively developing the product. The only concern I can see at this point is that it is realatively new.

I've seen a fair amount of OpSuite and it looks quite exciting indeed. As far as I am aware it fully support matrix items.

Positive Tech has been developing OpSuite for at least 2 years. As far as I have seen and heard they are still developing the product and it is not in production use. We work with a major national RMS user who is waiting for OpSuite and has been for nearly a year with nothing on the horizon.
Unless you are a Positive Tech account I would not consider OpSuite.
And then... where/how will OpSuite fit in when Dynamics Retail AX rolls out? Of course, Dynamix Retail AX has an announced release date of early 2011 (?) so who really knows when we'll see that?
