Hi. Thank-you for the tip, It's POS I am using, can your suggestion of the xml file work on that system?

I don't think this would work for POS, as my understanding is that POS does not allow you to do quotes. In RMS, you can create a sale, a workorder, or a quote. You can then link a specific (edited) XML file to print when you do a quote, and have the regular XML file print when its a sale or a workorder.
