I will try to answer to my best understnding of what you wish to achieve:
1) In RMS can we setup the Customerwise--Item Wise price ? In standard RMS you can place a customer price structure to default to Price Level A, B, C and also have a % discount.IF THE STANDARD ISNOT ENOUGH
We have a Customer Price Matrix Add on to take this further to unlimited prices where yo can define based on Quantity Purchased discount from Retail, % abocve cost, set Profit Margin to a specific % etc... as wll as do price match agaist a competitor. = = = = 2) What is the impact if we hold the transaction more than day and closed the registered ?
NO Impact - item on HOLD are stillin store and are in teh avaiability. If it was a workorder or a layaway tey will be committed and reduced from available inventory. = = = = 3) If I did the transaction on Register A and hold I assume that we can Recall that Transaction any store specific register ? please correct me if I am wrong.
You are correct = = = = 4) Is it possible to view the other store on hand Qty ?
IF YOU have RMS HQ YES yo can view their stock position for any item as of the last time that store communicated with HQ
