Transaction on Hold

Hi,



Does each register (till) display Transaction on Hold (TOH) for all tills or does each register only show TOH for that particular register? I am setting up a new till and have been testing transactions but am pretty sure I am not fully processing them but I can see the "Pause" icon appear and have been deleting what I think are my test transactions.



I have had no complaints yet from cashiers missing there TOH's but then again they don't tell me much anyway - they seem to carry on regardless.....

Each register will display ALL transactions on hold through out the store. The only real restriction on display is that if you Set a customer before trying to recall from hold, you will only see held transactions associated with that customer. Create a "Test" customer - select that customer for your test transactions and make sure you set that customer before recalling...
