I need to get a software for a Jewelry store with the regular options plus Layaway and Repair options.
Ho would RMS work here.

RMS will work, Layaway is built in and for Repair you would use WorkOrders. There is an addon for other Jewelry Industry specific issues.

Hi Ram,
I am in the process of trying to implement RMS for a multi-store jewellery company. My advice, based on my current experience, (for what it is worth), would be to have a prioritised list of your requirements and then look at the software options. RMS does do many of the basic tasks and there is an add-on program from MPISystems.com that can be used for jewellery specific functionality.
