Does anybody know a way to change the POS Function keys psition. I want to place all commonly used functions on th emain POS Screen. For example I want to move the Sales Rep function (Shift F8) to the Main POS screen in place of Calculator (F3).

This has been asked a zillon times.
No, the best you can do is to hide some function keys you don't want through security and/or get a keyboard with custom keys and use them instead.
no...you can do it in touchscreen keyboard...wherein you can customize what should be the look and arrangement of it... see topic Touchscreen Custom Keyboard....
