In HQ under the Item Store Quantity should be the local (store) price and cost from the stores. You should then be able to update this Value and it creates an worksheet to update the values.
Also the Worksheets should base in HQ a line per store/regeon then per item and use the cost from the actual store to compare to rather than HQ values as they are incorrect or inaccurate.
