Is there a way to add a 3rd printer? I would like to add a DOT Matrix in the shipping dept. of a lumber yard/hardware store.

No, you can to add a 3rd printer only with custom proc that print your document.. not from RMS

You need of a add-in invoked after that the transaction is into database.. that print your document..
You can to do all ... do you have a developer that support you for this job?
