We had a customer to uses two Givex Gift Cards on the same transaction in RMS. The RMS will all the cashier to take two cards, but the receipt only show the 1st on the receipt, but it show in POS.
Has anyone else encounter this issue before?

My guess would be that the receipt format that you use doesn't allow for printing multiple Givex cards on the same transaction.
As I remember, you have to use a special Givex supplied receipt template, contact them for more info.
