Gift Cards-

I have tested the Gift Card capability in RMS. However, if I sell a gift card for $50.00, and then use it to tender a sale- I dont see any way to take the remaining balance and put it back on the gift card. The system looks like is just gives cash back for the difference. How do we apply the the remaining balance back as credit on the gift card? Thanks- Andrea

Are you using serial numbers for your gift cards?

change the tender option no not allow overtendering.
