I have a client that based on reorder information places transfer everyday.
She uses the HQ 330 worksheet and bases this on re-order information option in HQ. Now I am getting the following.
An item with an on hand Quantity in her WAREHOUSE of 7 which is the same as at HQ. She has 6 stores.
It places the first store correctly, in the second store it place the incorrect order and in the third store does not even order. First question is, is it ordering up to the quantity on hand and then not placing further? If this is the case she is willing to create a high on hand quantity in the warehouse for all items, thus kurbing the incorect order placing? Second Question is how do we fix it now??
