I'd like a prompt at the start of every transaction.
I want three options: Sale/Return Delivery Order Special Order
I already require Sales Rep and prompt for Customer selection.
Ideally, my process would be: Set Sales Rep Select Customer Choose Transaction Type (as above)
I already have macros recorded and assigned to custom buttons for creating Delivery and Special Orders. Both are work orders, the difference being a Reference of DO or SO. I use reports filtered for Reference to manage my Delivery and Special Orders. If I could call those macros at my new 'Set Transaction Type' dialog box, that'd be awesome.
Less than 10% of my transactions should be invoices at the time of sale. We deliver practically everything.
Ideas, anyone?
