Prompt to confirm Z report ?

I'm not sure what you mean by confirm, but if you want the totals to be correct before being able to run the Z report, go to Manager | Database | Cashier Properties Select each cashier, and under 'Over/Short Limits' check 'Limit percent' and give it a value of 0.00% . Restart POS, and next time you run a Z report all totals entered in closing amounts will need to match the shift totals exactly before you will be able to run the Z. This way you can go back and correct any tender mistakes before you will be able to commit them to the database. This is particularly important if you post your batches directly into Quickbooks. Craig
