We have added extended descriptions to our database for our e-commerce... however, the extended descriptions are now showing on our screen and receips. How do I get rid of this?

SO Manager | File | Configuration | Options tab | Item options | uncheck Show Item Extended Description
Double check that this doesn't affect your e-commerce product!!
