Hi, is everyone have trouble with integrating RMS 2.0 and Quickbooks? I used to integrate bt RMS 1.3 RF and Quickbook 2008 without problem. However when I install RMS 2.0 and try to interact with QB. It pop up a window say that RMS cannot connect to QB. Thanks

Having a similar problem. RMS to QB 8.0 was working. Upgraded replace QB XP machine with Vista box and can no longer get RMS and QB to link up. Not sure if its an RMS QB or Vista issue yet.

I don't recall the steps it took to have it find the data file, but when I upgraded to vista it moved the data file to a new location C:\Users\Public\Documents\Intuit\Quickbooks\Company Files\ . It has something to do with compatibility. Hope this helps a little. Craig
