I have a problem with installing netgear router. without router RMS HQ work with store client but with router it's not work. I mean data upload and worksheet process with server and client. Anyone know how to set up router for RMS HQ. My OS is XP. router is WGR614 V6

You probably need to open the port(s) that HQ and HQ Client are using to communicate. Your router documentation should have a section on this very issue.
