RMS license transfer question

I have a client who has decided to close their doors. I am not an MBS partner, so I am not very familiar with the licensing. What I need to determine is whether or not they can sell the license to another organization. I know that some EULAs state that the license is not transferrable, but I have not read the RMS EULA, so I'm hoping someone else has....

It CAN be transferred as part of the sale of the store, but not as a single item that will be used in a completely different entity. So, if someone buys or leases then reopens the original store, they would be OK, but if it's a different person opening a different store, they would not...

So for E.g. If I was not happy with the software or RMS is not the proper software for our business, and haven't had it for no more then a year. I can't resale it? after spending the amount of money you do!!!. I will say I own the software and I can do what ever I want with it. When you buy this program the partner never mention that you are stock with the program if it doesn't work for your business. where can I see The EULA? thanks

Jason is right. Plus when some else is setting up the system. You will thing they will tell you everything they know about the soft. all the legality of what you are getting. specially when someone doesn't know much about computers.
