HQ- Error 3251

A client of ours has been getting the same error every 3-4 days when they connect to Headquarters:

Error 3251: Object Provider is not capable of performing requested operation.

This error causes HQ Client to stop automatically creating worksheets. The bad worksheet must be acknowledged and a new one must be created.

Any ideas?

Have you run a database check and re-index recently on both the stores and HQ?

Admin | File | Connect | put in your password | Database | Backup | Database | Check | Database | Re-index
