When a PO has been partially received we can not print it out again showing original amount ordered, amount received and outstanding quantity of each item left. Also it is not visible on screen with the same information available.
Or am I wrong, Show me the way to do this
Try entering the items you are receiving and before you press the Commit button, press the Print button. After printing the PO go ahead and Commit the changes to the database.
