RMS v1.2 allows multiple returns of the same invoice.

I know this sounds imposssible, but i have seen it happen myself. And was is total shock and disbelief.

I have a friend that has RMS v1.3 in a hardware store and it is possible for some odd reason to perform multiple returns on the same invoice without any warnings or errors being generated from RMS.

Does anyone experience that with thier current installation of RMS, aslo does anyone have an explanation?

Regards Don

We are implementing RMS v2.0.0105 now, without latests Service Packs (not sure if thay are compatible for our market) and this "bug" is still exisiting. Do know if it is a bug really, since when You do a Return, RMS process it as a Sale in negative value. This is a issue that comes from times of QuickSell Commerce I think... It would be good if somebody with latest version then ours can test it and get back to us...

Anyway, You can do a workaround on your own, using a hook and controling this two fileds "[RecallID]" (it reffers to the TransactionNumber.ID) and "[RecallType]" (when this value is =1, which is a Return type) of the Transaction table...

Good luck,

A.
