my company just recently upgraded from RMS 1.3 to RMS 2.0. We do have this software called RAMP (Retail Analytics & Merchandise Planning) installed. That is like OLAP cube built based on the data in the RMS database; which uses excel as a platform. After the upgrade. the RAMP software stopped updating the data; in other word. it is not pulling any new information from the RMS database. What is going on? Please advice.
