hi



when iset it up RMS i had a excel file with all the products from my vendor and the list price i import it to the RMS DB



i dont charge my customers list price so i udates manual on each item a sale price for the price i charge my customers and i set up that the sale end on



01/01/2010 so they see on the recipt how much thay had saved

now i had a sale that all items from that vendor is %20 off list for on e week the week was over and everything jumped back to the list price.



i need to go back to the sale price that i had set up on eace item that the sale will end 2010

Try SO Manager | Wizards | Inventory Wizard | Task 110 Change Item Prices

Sale Price holds only the last value it was updated.If you want to change it back from the previous sale price then you have to do it manually otherwise if you have the excel file of its item then you can update it thru wizards.If you have HQ Setup-->

HQ Manager-->Activate Maintenance mode-->wizards-->110: Change Item Prices; you can also do it in the SO setup-->SO Manager-->wizards-->110: Change Item Prices
