Hi Is there a way to recall a sale on hold for viewing only. People have reported to me that when they recall a sale from hold and press the Escape key, the sale vanishes! Help would be great. (We run version 1.2)

Instead of pressing the Escape key, please press Ctrl-F12 to hold again.

You will need to put the sale on Hold again if you want to keep it on hold after you recall it. Craig
