We have a client that is trying to do the following. They make sales to a customer for particular items and that customer has the client ship it to multiple places. It appears you can only have one ship to in the sale or work order. They would like to be able to ship it to multiple people. An example a customer buys 10 gift baskets and wants it shipped to 10 diffrent people how can this be done in RMS.

Its easy - Enter 10 different orders. You can set-up multiple ship-to for the customer. The 10 people to which the customer wants the gifts to go are the multiple shipto addresses for the customer in each transaction. Take the customer payment on store account. And you take payment for the 10 orders using the payment window and combine them into 1 credit card transaction for the customer.
We have a gift baskets store client who uses RMS and does the same process.
