I have 2 computer that installed RMS and they have 1 database.
How can I make a separate z report in operation mode?
and how can I change the register #?

on your second computer ( the one you want to be register #2) open Store Operations Administrator go to file -->configuration-->register and enter 2
As far a the receipt In So Manager Database-->registers--> Register list You can configure register options there
