signature on receipt.

I install Transaction team 1500 LCD signature capture terminal to RMS POS. I can go to journal to look at the signature but the receipt have no signature on it. Does anyone know how to set to have the receipt printout with customer signature on it. Thanks

Phu,

RMS does not print the signature on the receipt. To do so, you must use an add-on. New West Technologies has one;
