We've finally configured our Ingenico 6550 all save for one small problem. Printing the customers signature on the receipt, it still spits out a signature line on the receipt and doesn't appear to be saving it.
Anyone with experience configuring signature capture with RMS would be appreciated.
Does the signature appear on the receipt? If not, verify you are using the special sig capture receipt. The signature image is local to that station, and can't be viewed over the network by other computers, however.
