Simultaneous printing to two receipt printers possible?

RMS allows for two receipt printers per POS register but doesn't seem to allow for simultaneous printing, i.e., it appears to force you to choose to which printer you want the output to go. We have receipt printer 2 configured as a Windows Generic/Text printer on COM1 so that we can send the serial output to a DVR pc that overlays the receipt printer output onto the image produced by the security camera pointed at the register. This works perfectly ok (if we choose to print to receipt printer 2) except we need RMS to output to both the actual Epson receipt printer AND to the Generic/Text printer with every transaction. Anyone with a similar setup know whether this is possible or a possible workaround (that doesn't involve reprinting)?

In your Receipt Printer Properties of the printer make sure that you have 'Print receipt automatically after each transaction' set.

Reconfigured and restarted and now RMS printes to the receipt printer and the generic/text printer on COM1.

Geovision DVR. Their software allows for (and produces) text overlay via serial connection.
