I'm looking for an application that I can install on a pocket pc to do my Physical inventories. It can either connect over a wireless network or can be plugged in and imported through physical inventory in store ops.Anyone have anything out there or know of an app that will do this?

You just need a app that can put out a csv file i mean really you could do it with excel. Or notepad .

Why dont you use laptop with wireless network. It will save you lots of money. You dont need any extra software Just instal RMS on laptop.
