Hi We use MS RMS in our shop in Northwich, Cheshire and are looking for our nearest service/support provider, just in case the system crashes. We used a company called Synchronicity in the Midlands (they installed the system) but were looking to find someone nearer to us. Does anyone know of any companies in the northwest that can provide technical support, either on a contract or ad-hoc call-out basis? Thanks, Andrea
