We require all of our 114 stores to process on the TSYS platform as it is supported by MS and we have never had any issues. The following are the approved acquiring banks for TSYS processing:

- Wells Fargo

- Bank of America

- Chase Paymentech

Currently, we are still with Citibank (used to be approved until they switched their backend to FirstData) because they have agreed to keep us on the TSYS platform to maintain our relationship. My last company switched away from then Vital, had to bridge a gateway (never properly worked) and promptly lost over $70,000 in 6 months time.

You do have the option to process with PCCharge and ICVerify as well - but will have additional charges. You can read about the different approved processing options if you have access to PartnerSource in KB: 862458.
