All of the data in the VisaNetAuthorization table for one store was cleared. If I query the table there are no records prior and new entries have started with Sequence Numbers back at 1.
This is easy enough to do with a SQL statement, but the store employees and even the accountants don't have the 'sa' password.
Is there any way this could have been done accidentally though Manager or a software glitch?
