I have a customer that is integrating RMS with Great Plain. They are telling me that in Great Plains, you cannot void a transaction after is posted. I want to know if there is a way I can set up RMS so I cannot void a transaction that is postes like GP, because they don't want to have the possibility to void transactions in RMS that have already been posted in GP.

You should try this out on a test system, but I believe that what will post to GP will look like a return.

In RMS, user cannot void a transaction after its batch is closed. If the user closes batches every day and he only posts transactions from previous days in GP, he won't have any problems.
