How well do vouchers work in an HQ environment?
Can you sell a voucher(Gift card) in Store1 and then redeem it in Store2?
Does the Value and serial number information syncronize across all stores?

Tom, Out of the box, vouchers do not work accross HQ. You need an add-on such as Retail Realms' Global Voucher module, or a full on gift card module like our own RITE Gift software. If you are interested in learning more, drop me an email or give me a call.
