I have a customer who has set up a shipping carrier in Manager to "Charge By Total" to calculate shipping charges on Work orders. If a transcation has 2 items totaling 25.00, shipping is calculated at 12.95. However if you do a partial shipment RMS recalculates the shipping base on the total of the partial ship.And now the customer is charged 8.95 for each item shipped. Now the customer has been charged 17.90 for shipping. Other than manually overriding the shipping charge, is there some other work around so the customer isn't overcharged. Also, at the time the work order is created no tender is collected until a pick up is created.
