When I try to print out labels more than 35 or 40 at same time It's print out weird and miss print out after 34 labels. Upto 34 labels are correct and exact what I want, But after 34th label It messed up 35th label...

I tried change with new another barcode printer It happened samething. Please help me....

how does it mess up the label? is it smeared or just off-center? most likely this has something to do with the Cognitive configuration. It's kind of silly but there's like 3 places to configure the cognitive printer:

1) Go to Properties by right-clicking the printer icon in the printer list in XP and selecting "Properties" 2) Within this Properties popup you can configure the options, but don't forget that there is a separate options configuration under "Default Settings". I just set up Default Settings to look just like my normal configuration. 3) within RMS there are label and printing options available when you try to print a label.

So, I couldn't really tell you which one of the above options will help you out, and I find that setting up these options is confusing because there are so many different places to set up the same darn thing, but hopefully you can use this to get started.

Also, to rule out if the issue is in RMS, you can open up Word or Notepad and print out a little text that would fit on the label and specify to print like 40 copies--if the error occurs in Notepad or Word then you know that it's the printer configuration that is the issue and not RMS.

Also also, check out the Cognitive website support to see if they have anything posted about this issue. What I've found out is that when printing a lot of labels things get messed up do to alignment problems....this could be remedied by slowing down the printing rate or cleaning the print roller.

hope this helps! i've been there...

Try turning off the FIFO buffer in the serial port.

Control Panel | System | Hardware tab | Ports - COM & LPT | select the port you're using | settings tab | Advanced button | uncheck the FIFO | restart the computer

Thanks from memory as my laptop doesn't have a COM port
