Hi, If someone changes the Store Account via HQ from "revolving" to "net 30" would issuing a Worksheet Style 101 then be used to update the accounts at the store locations? I ask because we are trying to determine who changed our Store Account Terms. It used to be set to revolving but was changed last Aug to Net 30 and no one (the accountants) seem to know who changed it and why they didn't inform the other users! And, of course, this is the first I am hearing of it a year later!
Anyway, I am just trying to track down when the change was made and who issues the worksheet that I believe propogated the changs to the stores. Maybe there is an audit trail I could review?
