Worksheet stuck over 20 hours in HQ Server

We noticed that a worksheet was still in the HQ Server screen for over 20 hours. We assumed that maybe the maybe a connection problem occur and since we have sync every hour, we just deleted from the HQ Server screen.

Was this correct or we should have done something else? Whats the proper way to work around this problem if it occurs again.

Unfortunately the hq server doesn't automatically drop connections of uploads that get stuck. It is up to you to notice when the queue gets backlogged, then figure out which one is stuck (usually on the top of the list).

Right click the entry, check properties to find out how long it has been running, decide if it's stuck, then right click and delete to clear.

Sometimes if the queue is seriously backlogged it can take forever to wait for the > We noticed that a worksheet was still in the HQ Server screen for over 20
