Accountant's Back-up

I am using QuickBooks Pro 2005 for the Mac.

Is there a way to do an Accountant's Backup?

Thanks,

Rich

Where are you going to find an accountant that uses a Mac?

I don't think it does. I haven't used that version in a long time and didn't reload it on my machine so I can't be certain.

You'll have to just have your accountant give you a list of adjusting journal entries to make when he/she has finished with your file.

It doesn't matter since QB 2005 Mac allows conversion to a Windows file.

What is the point?

The Accountant's file has one purpose and the backup has another purpose.

Them folks at Intuit are mighty clever.

I wish they were clever enough to understand how to export UK dates to Excel properly!
