I have added new items to QB and when I went to change info on an existing bill, I changed the item and lost the description line and price. Is there a way to make this change without losing info line. What a pain. Thanks, Elaine

I agree its a pain but descriptions & prices are tied to items so if you change the item the description & price changes with it. Just try to remember to copy the description before you change the item.
I create a new line right below the one I need to replace, copy the information from the old to the new, then delete the old.
