Changing Description in Matrix Items

If I want to change the description of a matrix item is there a quick way to reflect this change down to all items in the matrix? Currently when I change the description in the properties of the main matrix item this change is not passed on to the matix items. Do I have to go into the properties of each individual matrix item and change the description there?

There are no easier way to do it actually... I believe there's an add-in available for that... try Retail REalm... 1-732-730-3239

You can't do this in RMS itself, but our add-in called Matrix Master does this quick and easy. You can edit selected groups of items within the matrix or make mass changes to the base description and/or sub-descriptions. Example:
