Can the RMS POS be configured to produce different sounds for a PLU that is found in the database vs. a PLU that is not found in the database? Presently the scanner beeps, but that means nothing more than a PLU was sent to the POS.
Of course this assume the POS is equipped with speakers, and granted I have not started to look at this, but is it possible? Where would it be done?
