Is there any way to delete the payroll and GST accounts that are set up automatically once you activate the full payroll features? I have double checked to ensure the accounts are not in the payroll lists. Are they linked to any other lists? I like to set up my own accounts because I can break down things such as GST paid on purchases, GST charged on sales, GST remitted, etc. Same with payroll deductions, i.e., CPP, EI and IT, etc.

To the best of my knowledge, there's no way to use the program's payroll and GST features without using the accounts that it requires. The program DOES break down the amounts that you mention, using those accounts; it does work. If you choose to do things your own way, using your own methods and accounts, then do NOT activate the payroll and GST features.
